He obtained an Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Ibadan in 1982 and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Civil Engineering in Federal University of Technology Akure in 1997. 

In 1999 he obtained an M.SC degree from the Lagos State University in Environmental Resource Management.

Engr Babalola worked with Frab Construction and Taylor Woodrow Nigeria Ltd between 1983 and 1985. He supervised various projects during this period including dualization of road Network for Ikorodu Industrial Estate.

In 1986 he joined Costain West African Ltd. as Site Engineer and supervised the Water Supply to Ede, Ife, Oshogbo, Erin Ife Dam projects of World Bank Assisted Project.  He handled the installation of pipelines and the construction of Erin Ile Dam.

He latter joined Sakamori Nigeria Ltd in 1987 and managed several ADB and World Bank Assisted Projects i.e in Water, Pipe laying for Oil and Gas, drainage, roads etc from where he joined the management of Elephant Group Limited in year 2000.

5.  Olusola Dokunmu – Projects Engineer

An Engineering graduate of several standing, with specialization in Electrical Engineering.  He worked with National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) for several years in various capacities before retiring as a Senior Manager to join Elephant Group Limited as Project Manager.  He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.

6.    Engr. Badiru  K.O- Head, Technical Services

He has a Bachelor & Masters in Chemical Engineering from the then University of Ife.  He has worked with several reputable organizations like Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Lennoils Limited where he handled several local and international projects before joining Elephant Group Limited. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Society of Chemical Engineers.

7     Engr. Babatunde Orogbemi (Chief Engineer)

An Engineering graduate of several years standing with specialization in Civil Engineering.  He worked as Senior Engineer/Deputy Director of Works with Yaba College of Technology Works and Services Department, Site Engineer with SAO Engineering Company; Consulting Engineer with 1-Ewell Bomhardi Associations (U.S.A); Maintenance Supervisor with Rubby-Kelly Maintenance Engineering Services (Maryland, U.S.A); Chief Engineer, National Orthopedic Hospital, Igbobi and Assistant Director, Engineering with Oyo State Urban Project (IDFII).  He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.

8.    Segun Ojo- Head, Accounts

A Chartered accountant and MBA holder from the university of Ilorin.  A former Finance Lecturer at the Ogun State University.  Mr. Ojo has various years experience in banking, finance and the manufacturing sectors of the economy.  He worked with Network Finance as G.M, was with K.P.M.G. and Riverbound Industries before joining Elephant Group Limited.

9.    Engr. Lateef A. Lawal (Engineer, Structures)

A Higher National Diploma holder in Structural Engineering, an Associate Member of Institution of Structural Engineers, U.K and Member of the Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers.  He worked with Design & Display Associate, London, Tempas Consultants, Adeoye Fowora and Associate in Lagos and EM-CIV Consultants, Lagos before joining Elephant Group. He handled the design and supervision of several notable projects in the power generation, oil and gas and the communication industries of the nation's economy.

10.     Aliyu Tajudeen (Operations Manager)

A graduate of the University of Ibadan with first class B.Sc (Hons) in Agricultural Science and M.Sc (Distinction) in Agronomy in 1994 and 1997 respectively. Mr. Aliyu has been a staff of Elephant Group Ltd sinse he graduated and has acquired tremendous procurement and marketing experience. He is in charge of Commodity trading and export.

11.     Biodun Adepetu (Manager Special Projects)

A Microbiology graduate from Ondo State University with outstanding performance. He oversees special projects and public sectors unit of the group's business. He also manages the marketing department.
