business year, viz; Wheat and Sugar.

Elephant Group Limited is also into the importation, sales & distribution of refined
sugar for industrial usage, institutional clients and the general public. Our principals

Nigeria.

Elephant Group Limited is into export of a number of commodities to Europe, Asia
and the Middle East amongst which are:

CASH CROP
Elephant Group Limited is a significant participant in the cash crop trade like Cashew
nuts, Shearnuts, Sesame seed, Ginger, etc out of Africa. Managing an extensive
network focused on making purchases directly from the farmers and small collectors.
Our effective quality management and processing systems add value to our customers
by providing them with a consistent quality of cash crops. Elephant Group Limited
today has one of the largest presence in the cash crop industry.

CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING
The group handles contracts in Building Construction, Road Construction and
Engineering Works. Through two of our subsidiaries, namely Imperial Engineering
Works Limited and Pyramid Construction Company Limited we handle construction
of residential and commercial buildings.
We also engage in the construction, rehabilitation and overhauling of Electricity
Installations.

Elephant Oil Services Limited is a wholly Nigerian Company incorporated in 2004 to
provide Project Management Engineering and Procurement Services in the Oil & Gas
Sector with interest in Upstream Equipment and materials procurement & supplies for
service organizations in the industry.
